Human Design, being highly intellectual knowledge, is actually harnessing the intelligence of the body, our form.

What affects the quality of our lives? Based on the decisions we make, we move through life and space from point to point or in the imaginary playfield of our thoughts.

Movement, however, happens physically to the body. Therefore, no matter how much we fill our heads with more and new details from the theory, this does not build or guarantee the quality of our life journey. The tool for this is the inner intelligence of the body and its sensitivity.

We offer you exercises and games to put the theory into practice. We will work with your type and centers.

This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners as well as more advanced students of the Human Design System.
